At chalega.store, every product is made with care and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner Qikink. Since our products are printed only after an order is placed, please allow time for production, quality check, packing, and shipping.

Order Processing and Fulfillment

Once your order is successfully placed, it is sent for print-on-demand fulfillment through Qikink.

Orders are usually processed, printed, packed, and dispatched within 2–3 business days. This timeline may vary during sales, festive periods, high order volume, stock delays, or unforeseen operational issues.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location, courier serviceability, and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery timeline:

  • Metro cities: 3–6 business days from order placement

  • Rest of India: 5–8 business days from order placement

Please note that these timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, incorrect address details, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Within India

Currently, chalega.store ships only within India.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

If free shipping is available on your order, it will be automatically applied at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, depending on the contact information provided at checkout.

You can use the tracking link to check the latest status of your shipment.

Print-on-Demand Products

Most products on chalega.store are made to order. This means the item is printed specifically for you after the order is placed.

Because of this, orders cannot usually be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once they have entered production, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Delayed Delivery

While we try our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may happen due to courier issues, incorrect address or phone number, remote location serviceability, public holidays, natural events, or operational delays.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeline, please contact us and we will help you check the shipment status.

Failed Delivery or RTO

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable customer, unreachable phone number, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to the origin.

In such cases, re-shipping may be possible, but additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please share:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A short description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a suitable resolution such as replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the case.

Returns and Exchanges

Since our products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns for reasons such as personal preference, wrong size selected by the customer, or change of mind.

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged

  • The product is defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • There is a clear printing or fulfillment error

To be eligible, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and reported within the given timeline.

Size Issues

Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.

As products are made on demand, size exchanges may not be available unless there is a fulfillment error from our side.

Refunds

If a refund is approved after verification, it will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account, card, or payment source, depending on your payment provider.
